Getting to know TVXQ!

I’ve seen some of you guys asking about TVXQ on my
recent TVXQ comeback posts. This is so sad knowing that a lot of you guys don’t
know about my babies TT_TT But it is okay! Now, I can make a little guide: how
to TVXQ (?) [what?]

How I know TVXQ is kinda weird. In 2008, my aunt –the same aunt who went to SMTOWN concert with me– and I
was going home from grocery shopping and we were listening to the radio, until
the music start to play. I didn’t know it was Korean because I wasn’t into
k-pop back then UNTIL my aunt started to sing along to the song so I asked her
what is the title and she answered it was Mirotic by TVXQ. But seriously, guys,
the line ‘I got you under my skin’ really
got me into the Cassiopeia fandom. IT WAS REALLY, THE CATCHIEST [WHATEVER] LINE
EVER. IN. MY. LIFE. I searched the song right after I got home and here I am, a
hardcore Cassiopeia. I turned to k-pop really fast, like in a month I’m already
into TVXQ. So, LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT IS REAL.
They are damn talented. All 5 of them can dance well,
can sing well, can rap well, can act well, funny, and of course, handsome. They
gain extremely high popularity in Asia especially in their hometown Korea and
Japan. My very first mentor about the TVXQ world is definitely my aunt. THANK
YOU FOR INTRODUCING WONDERFUL BABES, AUNTIE!
And here it goes, a little guide:

the TVXQ phrase which is used internationally stands
for “Tong Vfang Xien Qi” and translates as “Rising Gods of the East” [hella
right.] other than TVXQ you may also know their official names like
Tohoshinki in Japan and Dong Bang Shin Ki in Korea. They consists [or more like
consisted] of 5 members well – now
they are a duo after Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu filled a lawsuit against SM
in 2008. Long story short, they went on a hiatus for 2 years 3 months and they
had an official comeback as a duo with Keep Your Head Down – I’m really really,
relieved to see them back. I even cried when I watch their M/V TT_TT
–let's not talk about the lawsuit! I have a post recommendation down below if you are still curious about it–
the fandom is officially called Cassiopeia – Changmin
gave the name in 2003. Also, Jaejoong called us the Undefeated Cassiopeia!
The Cassiopeia constellation have 5 stars so does TVXQ with 5 members. The constellation is shaped like a "W" shape and If you trace the letter ‘TVfXQ’ on keyboard, it
will make a ‘W’ shape as well. So, this whole fandom is such a blessing and I love
Cassiopeia so much TT_TT

we have an official fandom color and it is pearl red.
AND! the fandom is also [officially] called Bigeast in Japan, and they were
born in 2004.
That’s why, I dedicate some of this blog content for
my love TVXQ for always enduring the
pain and still coming back to Cassiopeia even after the news. I am really
thankful and it is such a miracle to have them back!

Well, yes I support them as duo. And I support JYJ as trio
as well! I support them separately even though I really wish to see them as 5
one day, but knowing that they are still in the k-pop industry together is enough for me. Always Keep the Faith!

–everything below are very, very light introductions regarding TVXQ. There are a lot of things that aren't included in the following post. I know right! there are a lot of things to know from TVXQ and of course I can't write everything here. Post recommendation down below if you are digging into TVXQ–

He was born on 15th December 1986, a Capricorn.
He has great charisma, and also cute at the same time. He was mistaken as the
magnae because he is cuter than the real magnae Changmin! he is very empathetic and thinks a lot about people’s
feelings. Junsu Plays the piano well and is very poetic. One of his dreams in
life is to have his writing published into a book. His motivations in singing
career is the unachieved dream of his mother, who once dreamed of being a star.

According
to Junsu it is Kenyan (African language) but according to Jaejoong it is bullshit.
★ Oh my God Sun
Just another embarrasing moment in
his carrer. He was trying to say that the sun was hindering his vision
during the game so he said “Oh my God sun!” now Instead of saying “omg” cassies
says “omgsun”
★ Soccer Su
FC MEN is an all-star subunit of the South Korean football
club, composed of actors, singers, models and plays charity matches. FC MEN is
headed by Junsu~ In 2011, FC MEN won the Peace Star Cup.
★ Yoochun

He was born on 4th June, 1986. Yoochun is a crybaby TT_TT He cries when he listen to sad music and/or watch sad movie. indeed, he's a very sweet and a very sensitive person. He said, his crying habit is something he's been trying to fix. He's a type of person who express his feelings very often, He doesn't hide his feelings. Yoochun listens to the member's problems very well. Yunho said, he's the most caring member of them all.
"When we are having hard times, he (Yoochun) always takes care of us and say "Let's do well," "Let's be strong."" –Changmin

★ Composer Chun
He is a genius, or more like a music-genius. He writes a lot both for TVXQ and JYJ. He wrote "Holding back the Tears", "Kiss the Baby Sky", "The Secret Code", "Get Out", and loooots more. Yoochun also writes pretty much most of the rap lyrics for the album.
★ Chun Forehead
According to Junsu, you can even play soccer on his wide forehead.
★ Yoochun's Dramas
He plays in Sungkyuhwan Scandal, Rooftop Prince [my fav!], Girl who Can See Smells, Reply 1998, and I Miss you. He pretty much plays the lead role in every dramas, lol slay!
★Asthma
Yoochun has asthma! He says he can't perform 2 dance song in a row – but he actually did it a few times, because maybe being TVXQ/JYJ member is, demanding? Anyway he's doing great and I'm so proud of him!
★ Jaejoong

He was born on 26th January, 1986 and that makes him the oldest member in the group. Jaejoong's real name is Han Jaejun, he was adopted. But he is now Kim Jaejoong. He was raised with another 8 sisters that makes him girly, lol. Jaejoong did a lot of part-time job to live in Seoul TT_TT Jaejoong is very affectionate and
passionate. He is known to be extremely direct and honest. Jaejoong likes to
buy expensive things and know how to dress very well.
★ Girly Joongie
That’s right. I’m girly” –Jaejoong✿
"In Jaejoong's case, he looks mysterious and girly." –Changmin
He likes to be called "handsome" rather than "pretty" but eh, he doesn't try to look manly. He's a guy, but because in his adoptive family there are 8 sisters his personality is a girl, a girl to the bone.
Yoochun says, he likes hugging Jaejoong because it feels like hugging a woman.
★ Naked Selca
He is addicted to take naked selcas. I mean, of course he takes different kind of selca, but he pose for naked one the most I believe.
Clothes? what is that?
★ tattoos
YAAAAAAAS. sexy Joongie [what?]. because this is not a post focusing on him – I can't really tell the detail about his tattoos. On his chest, he has the "Always Keep the Faith" phrase and on his upper back he has "TVfXQ SOUL" [gaaaah emoshinki OTL]
–that's not every tattoo he has! he has a lot more. But, the one i mentioned are the most famous one.–

★ Clumsiness
sorry to destroy yout fantasies about how sexy he is. Sometimes he is clumsy and looks stupid as he can be.

Changmin was born on 18th February, 1988 and is the youngest in the group. He is very study-oriented! He is the only SM artist who completed the 3rd degree. [he's a fucking professor.] He didn't want to become a singer at first, her mom forced him to join the audition because she wanted to see BoA. Changmin's voice is actually very soft, except when he's doing high notes.
★ Minfood
"He can eat 7 to 8 meals. When he has to diet though, he eats 3 meals a day. His appetite is very big." –Junsu

★ Changmean
Introducing Changmean, everyone.
He is, EXTREMELY mean to everyone. to members, and to fans. He likes to tease members and fans!

Changmin : "We don't have a member name darling."

★ Cockblocker
I wonder why he always sits between the lovey dovey couple. [evidence above.] I mean, literally in every photoshoots! He gets the nickname because he always cockblocks the famous Yunjae ship~
Changmin tries really hard to act like nothing happen. Sigh, why did the fate put him between Jaejoong and
Yunho?
★ Changmin and Lego
He loves lego so much. It was at a Japanese show when Yunho and Changmin went to toy store and Changmin ended up buying 91.000++ ¥ of Lego [around IDR 180 million].

He was born on 6th
February, 1986. Yunho has always been wanted to become a singer, even if it has to go against his father's will.

He is the perfect leader! he has great sense of responsibility. He hides his tiredness and promise to never cry in front of people. He always tries his best and never give up. Yunho once drank a glass of water contained with super glue made by an anti-fan that almost killed him, and..... he simply forgives her.
★ SWEETEST PERSON ON EARTH
Yunho said Love is something people can get used to if they keep receiving it. He's the kind of person who believes that you should give back more than you've received. [ah sweetest man living on earth, right? ;;;]
★ Hardworker Yunho
"Rather than being born with talent, I'm a hard worker." –Yunho
★ YUNJAE
Yunho looooooves all of his members, but he said he loves Jaejoong the most.
"Honestly, the one I really like is Jaejoong." –Yunho
"Yunho and I are getting married!" –Jaejoong
Yunho met Jaejoong in a street fight, it was before SM. They are simply destined to meet.
★ Dancing Machine
Other than Singing and Rap, He is also known for his Dancing skills. Yunho doesn't mind to dance even if he's hurt u_u. People think that he is in TVXQ for his dancing skills ONLY, and this actually makes me sad.

This is a personal recommendation by me because ugh, it is the first TVXQ song I listened to [by accident] and I fell in love right away. Jaejoong doesn't mind to wear clothes in the MV. I SHOULDN'T LOOK AT IT BACK IN 2008!

Changmin high not in this song will make y'all deaf but still thankful because of it. Jaejoong can't perform in the music video because of injury, so he used a dancer to replace him. Pay attention to the GIF, the person in black with a mask behind Yunho , it is supposed to be Jaejoong.
OH OH! I HAVE A LATE RECOMMENDATION THING I'VE JUST REMEMBER – for their best performances both in concerts and shows [TVXQ Performances] but note that some link doesn't work.
